Basic parameters

The 128×64 graphic display screen adopts FSTN mode, and the chip display data RAM has a capacity of 128×64 = 8192 bits and supports a serial interface.
Equipped with low power LCD power supply circuit. Boost circuit (boost ratio is 4X/5X, boost reference power supply can be input from the outside). High-precision voltage regulation circuit (thermal gradient -0.05%/°C). Equipped with V0 voltage regulator resistor, LCD voltage divider resistor, electronic volume function, voltage follower.
